What happens when toddlers break into their uncle Stockton’s airsoft duffle bag? I’m not sure they’re dangerous, but they’re definitely cute. Stockton calls them the “Delta Babies”.

Must See Speech
While in Tennessee, we were fortunate enough to be able to hear this constitutional lawyer speak. I hope you’ll take the time to watch it and have your kids watch it with you. It’s practically equivalent to an entire government class. You’ll hear things you’ve been longing to hear for a long time with concise recommendations on what we as citizens can do to fix our broken system and return to our constitutional roots and God-given rights.

We had a nice shower today which followed on the heels of some earlier rain on the weekend. We didn’t get as much as Cim and Courtney did at Afton, but this will certainly help grow some summer grass. The clouds were so colorful and interesting all afternoon and as the evening progressed, they became more and more dramatic and unusual. Stockton and Nathan were also working on some things around the pens and I was able to snap a few pictures of them, too.
Nathan spots a coyote out on the first wheat terrace. Stockton takes a long shot at it.
Clouds in the east and a rainbow.
The horses are curious.
Stockton is hiding under the empty lick tub to try and aggravate his dog, Steel.
Stockton gets Steel to demonstrate his jumping skills.

In a beautiful ceremony this afternoon, Laredo married Andrea Crowley at the historic old school in Turkey, Texas. Many friends and relatives of both families were in attendance. The large vintage room was cleverly sectioned off by a huge gold satin curtain made by friends of the Crowley family in Midland. It was the perfect backdrop to the ceremony. The maid of honor was Amber, childhood friend of Andrea who traveled from California to participate. Laredo chose Caleb Phipps of Turkey. Carolina, sister of the groom and Brandi, youngest cousin of the bride were the flower girls. Andrea’s grandfather, Mike Crowley, Sr. and father, Mike Crowley, Jr. officiated.
The couple exited the room to the main theme from Star Wars.

We pooled our resources with our friends, the Robertson’s from near Crosbyton, and enjoyed a feast together after church today. The mom, Rebekah, and girls Jenna and Emily were in town for Andrea’s wedding shower at the Matador church of Christ today. We also enjoyed spending time with Mackenna, Andrea’s cousin, and R.C. Geiscke, one of our landlords.
