Steel is getting bigger. He’s very rambunctious and has a lot of spring in his step. He’s so springy that he jumps along beside you as you walk.

Friday, September 25 –
On the way to Matador, we saw these two bucks, still in the velvet, by the road. We pulled over and Stockton was able to get several photos and a video out the back window of the pickup. He got some nice shots.

Stockton had a fun “show & Tell” for the elementary classes at Patton Springs School in Afton. He took his lizards, turtles, gecko, snakes and even a dragon. I think he enjoyed it as much as any of the students.

Stockton was out feeding the cows and horses. I snapped a couple of shots as he threw out the hay.
Friday, July 3 –
Carolina’s miracle cake and some birthday gifts for Carolina and Stockton make for a fun evening. We even managed to surprise them with some new bikes.
Friday, June 12 –
Tonight we piled in for a quick ride to the mailbox and back. The skies were overcast. Rain was headed our way, but just now the elements were perfect for a jeep ride.

Sunday, May 31 –
Nathan, Stockton and Carolina went riding this afternoon. It had been a while since they had all gotten to go together. Nathan said his horse especially needed a lot of “schooling”.

Tuesday, May 26 –
Look what Stockton caught.
Stockton and Carolina have been having a blast using Jordan’s forge. They’ve been making hooks, S-hooks, and small fire pokers. They take turns pounding metal and cranking the blower.

Aunts & Uncles
We’ve been making a few changes around here. Stockton now has
his own room. His first order of business was to move his lizards, turtle, and fish into his new digs. I think it turned out very well. Quite cozy actually.
